BRAMPTON, Ontario — Loblaw Cos. here said it would open a new flagship store at the site of famed hockey arena Maple Leaf Gardens next week.
Officials said the store would be “food’s greatest stage” and feature specialty departments including a scratch bakery, an 18-foot “wall of cheese,” handmade chocolate, prepared egg white omlettes, specialty teas and prepared foods. The store is scheduled to open Nov. 30.
