Olsen Wins NGA Association Leadership Award

ARLINGTON, Va. — Jim Olsen, president of the Utah Food Industry Association for the past 29 years, has been named the 2009 recipient of the Association Leadership Award by the National Grocers Association here.
According to Thomas K. Zaucha, NGA president and chief executive officer, “Jim's dedication and commitment to his members and the industry is unmatched. He is a tireless advocate for Utah's retail and wholesale grocers and in particular Utah's independent family-owned grocers.”
Olsen received the award during NGA's Washington Public Policy Conference.
