Pantry Completes Herndon Acquisition

SANFORD, N.C. — Convenience-store chain The Pantry here has completed the acquisition of 38 stores formerly operated by Herndon Oil. The stores operate under a variety of banners including Flamingo, primarily in the Mobile, Ala. market.
Terms were not disclosed.
