Price Chopper Promotes Golub, Kelly

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. — Price Chopper here said yesterday it has promoted two executives: Jerry Golub, who most recently had been senior vice president of sales and merchandising, was promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer. Joseph Kelly, who most recently was vice president of merchandising, was promoted to vice president, sales and merchandising.
