Roundy’s Names Fitzgerald to Run Merchandising, Procurement

MILWAUKEE — Roundy’s Supermarkets here said it has named Don Fitzgerald group vice president of merchandising and procurement, effective March 10. He spent 28 years at Dominick's, now owned by Safeway but formerly run by Robert Mariano, the current chief executive officer at Roundy's. Fitzgerald most recently was vice president of sales and merchandising for Meijer Inc. He also spent two years as a partner at The Partnering Group consulting firm.
