CHARLESTON, W.Va. - Members of United Food and Commercial Workers Local 400 here have ratified a new, three-year labor contact with Kroger Co., according to reports. The contact covers about 3,900 workers at 41 stores in West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky. According to reports, the contact calls for hourly raises and increased contributions to the employee pension fund, but workers will pay more for medical coverage.
