Wal-Mart Promotes Great Value With Recipe Videos

BENTONVILLE, Ark. – Wal-Mart here is promoting its Great Value brand with online cooking videos hosted by chef Dave Lieberman, host of the Food Network’s Good Deal show.
In the video currently featured on Walmart.com, Lieberman shows viewers how to turn a $3 bag of Great Value Frozen Berry Medley into compote used in recipes for a Fruit & Yogurt Parfait and Dave’s Berry Compote and Angel Food Cake. Roasted Rosemary Chicken with Berry Balsamic Sauce is also demonstrated by the budget-friendly chef and cookbook author.
“Everyone love berries,” says Lieberman. “That’s why I always keep a bag of Great Value frozen berries on hand. I can use them in all kinds of meals throughout the day.”
Printable recipes include estimated costs per serving.
