DES MOINES, Iowa — Based on customer demand, three Mercy’s Quick Care Clinics, located in Dahl’s Food stores here, have expanded their weekday hours and added Saturday hours. Beginning this week, the new hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., according to a report in the Des Moines Register. Adding clinics to retail stores is a national trend to meet growing consumer demand for convenient medical services, clinic officials said in the report. Sioux City-based Curaquick Clinics are also now open at four Hy-Vees here, as well as in West Des Moines and Ankeny, the report said.
