SAN JOSE, Calif. -- DVDPlay, a provider of DVD rental kiosks to supermarkets and other locations, said yesterday it has rented more than 6 million movies and deployed over 1,000 machines. The kiosks have been placed in major grocery chains, convenience stores, military bases and a variety of other retail locations, the company said.
