SAN ANTONIO — H.E. Butt Grocery Co. here is now offering customers H-E-B prepaid cell phones and calling minutes. The supermarket began testing the concept in Rio Grande Valley, Texas, two months ago and has since rolled it out to most of its stores, except those in Houston, according to a report from the San Antonio Express News last week. The phones, which cost between $50 and $90, and related services are branded by H-E-B.
