Stater Bros. Campaigns to Fight Heart Disease, Stroke

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. — Stater Bros. is partnering with the American Heart Association, Dallas, during the month of February, which is National Heart Month, to help fight heart disease and stroke. All 164 Stater Bros. Supermarkets are conducting the "Have A Heart, Save A Heart" campaign to raise money for the American Heart Association. Customers can participate by purchasing red paper hearts for $1 each and gold paper hearts for $5 each. The paper hearts are scannable at the register and will be added to the customer's total bill and shown on the receipt for recordkeeping. Customers are welcome to sign their name or the name of a loved one on the hearts, which will be displayed inside the store.
