Walgreens Expanding Number of Health Clinics
DEERFIELD, Ill. -- Walgreens said last week that it plans to have 250 health clinics operating in its drug stores by the end of August. The company opened its first clinic in July and currently has about 50 operating in Kansas City, Mo., St. Louis, Atlanta, Las Vegas and suburban Chicago, according to news reports. Walgreens works with various clinic providers including Rediclinic, Houston, and Take Care Health Systems, Conshohocken, Pa., to provide the clinics.Subscribe / Renew to Supermarket News
