BILLINGS, Mont. — Services were held last month for Gerson “Barney” Barnett, a longtime former executive with Giant-Landover.
Barnett joined Giant in 1950 when it had two stores. By the time he retired as executive vice president in 1980, Giant had 150 stores.
Gerson died peacefully Oct. 8 at age 90, according to an obituary.
