this will NEVER pass. Monsanto is feeding way too many pockets in washington DC.

The lobbying done by the food manufacturers is also out of proportions.

Everyone in favor of this law, including myself do not have enough funds to go against a Giant such as Monsanto.

When the majority of your customers make it crystal clear that they want to know what is in their food--it makes bad business sense to fight them. Consumers understand already the trade off between Certified Organic, locally grown and inexpensive commercially produced food; they still buy for convenience and perceived value. Market to what they want--stop fighting the people who would give you money.

Unfortunately I think this law suit will win....

With so many customers in favor of labeling, I don't think it would be a good idea.

Who wants to be a lab rat. Leave the GMO in the lab.

Exactly, what foods, personally, do members of GMA consume, themselves? Full of fat, sugar, salt, gluten and cholesterol? Or, do they religiously shop Whole Foods?

Consumers have the need and right to know ingredients -increasingly consumers are concerned and interested in the provenance of their food and ingredients-the GMA needs to pick another hill to fight om.
