My issue with WalMart is customer service. The WalMart by me (NJ) has so few employees. Customer service is atrocious. I've often waited in departments for as much as 20 minutes for someone to help me. I only shop at Wal Mart when I cannot find what I want in any other store. It's too painful!

Many meat and deli items at WM are INFERIOR; wonder how many other SKU's are not up to standard, either??? Many shoppers are NOT fools!!!

Walmart is struggling as indicated by their "match the lowest price" campaign. Why aren't they offering their best price the first time? Seems like they are trying to be all things to all people and that is a strategy that doesn't work. Finally, their variety of offerings is continually shrinking. I want to support a grocery where I can get everything I want instead of having to go multiple places.

If they add Registered Dietitian Nutritionists to their stores to advise people on nutrition and special diets to drive sales, they will pull not only from traditional Walmart stores but also from supermarkets viewed as "healthier".

Didn't seem that they would be in the beginning and I think they realized that and have stepped up their game. Recently they have decided to make a FRESHNESS promise in regards to their produce. This could sway the customer from the local supermarket to the Walmart Neighborhood markets.

so I can get my money back when I don't like it. Kroger is offering a 200% money back on any produce item a customer is not satisfied with. If i found something I did not like about my purchase, I hope the store would give me my money back.
