NEWARK, Del. -- Sept. 10 to 16 marks the third annual 5 a Day Week, and the theme for 1995 is "Take the 5 a Day Challenge!" tore materials that challenge shoppers to consume their five servings of produce each day. "This year's 'challenge' theme provides an excellent opportunity to educate consumers about the ease of five or more servings of fruits and vegetables every day," said Kathleen Steele, director of communications and promotions for the Produce for Better Health Foundation here.
