HYANNIS, Mass. -- Cape Cod Potato Chips here has reopened its production plant. r-Busch's Eagle brand snack factories. It reopened when Steve Bernard, chairman and founder of Cape Cod Potato Chips, bought back the company. Bernard started the company in 1980. He sold it to Anheuser-Busch in 1985, but remained president. While the chips never carried the Eagle brand logo, the Cape Cod division was managed by Eagle.
