Super Food Services, Dayton, Ohio, said net income climbed 13.1% to $3.27 million for the fourth quarter and 11.6% to $10.1 million for the year ended Aug. 31. Sales in the 17-week quarter rose 1.9% to $374.8 million; the prior-year quarter had 16 weeks. For the 53-week year, sales were up 2.6% to $1.2 billion; the previous year had 52 weeks. Super Food entered a merger agreement with Nash Finch Co., Minneapolis, Oct. 8.
