SOUTH PASADENA, Calif. -- Trader Joe's here is reportedly scouting locations in Milwaukee and Madison, Wis., as it seeks to open its first food stores in that state. The chain, which specializes in gourmet fare, has about a dozen stores in neighboring Illinois and three in Michigan, according to its Web site.
