MANCHESTER, Vt. -- Members of the Frozen Food Association of New England, based in Arlington, Mass., convened for their 46th annual meeting at the Equinox resort here, the weekend following the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on the United States. The decision to hold the meeting despite the week's traumatic events was made in order not to let the perpetrators win, and to come together as an extended family, according to officials of FFANE.
