JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Shareholders and management of Winn-Dixie Stores gathered at the retailers' headquarters here earlier this month for the company's 72nd annual meeting. It was Winn-Dixie's first annual meeting under Al Rowland, who was named president and chief executive officer for the 1,079-store chain last November. Talk at the meeting centered on Winn-Dixie's comprehensive restructuring plan, which began this spring.
