PLEASANTON, Calif. -- Safeway here plans to expand Healthy Advantage, its new private-label line. The line, a sub-brand of the chain's Select brand, currently includes ice cream, frozen waffles, hot cereal cups and dry cereals, according to Debra Lambert, company spokeswoman.
