ANAHEIM, Calif. -- Retailers, grower-shippers, distributors, importers and other produce industry representatives last week converged here for the Fresh Summit International Convention & Exposition. An updated program of educational seminars and discussion forums reflected the further globalization of the produce industry. There was evidence of the this on the show floor, too. Turnout was good, if the gridlock inside the Anaheim Convention Center was any indication.
