SPRINGDALE, Ark. -- Tyson Foods here has divested itself of its beef and pork operations, in line with the company's decision to concentrate on its poultry operations. rland and Harlingen, Texas, and Orange City and Sioux Center, Iowa, were being sold. Operated as part of Tyson/Georges/Quick to Fix division, the beef plants were bought by members of their current management team. The refrigeration and distribution facility in Hudsonville, Mo. will be closed Jan. 15.
