PORTLAND, Ore. -- United Grocers here named T.W. (Terry) Olsen president and chief executive officer last week. The company also reported net income of $19.8 million on sales of $1.2 billion for the year ended Oct. 2, 1998. This compares with a net loss for the previous fiscal year.
