SUNBURY, Pa. -- Weis Markets here plans to build 10 new stores -- increasing its existing store base by 7% -- and remodel or enlarge 20 other units over the next 18 months. The added stores and improvements are part of the company's capital expenditure program, according to the chain's annual report.
