BOULDER, Colo. -- Wild Oats Markets here said last week it has signed a distribution contract with Tree of Life, St. Augustine, Fla., a wholly owned subsidiary of Netherlands-based food company Koninklijke Wessanen. Dayville, Conn., expires. Tree of Life, a distributor of natural and specialty foods, had sales of $1.9 billion last year, while Wild Oats had net sales of $893.2 million.
