MAULDIN, S.C. — Bi-Lo increased its sales and cut its losses during the month of March, the retailer said in a monthly operating report filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court this week. Bi-Lo said sales for the four-week period that ended March 27 totaled $197.3 million, up 0.4% from the same period last year.
