SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — Big Y Foods here is setting aside space for an in-store health clinic in a store it is remodeling here, according to the Springfield Republican. It is across the street from a new Stop & Shop supermarket, which is due to open May 2. The Big Y store's renovations will be completed on May 9, but an operator for the health clinic has not yet been identified.
