ISSAQUAH, Wash. — Costco Wholesale Corp. here plans to accelerate steps toward locating its outlets in enclosed shopping malls, a Dow Jones report said Tuesday. Costco, which announced it would build three mall-based sites earlier this month is also looking at several other mall sites as a means to penetrate urban areas, the warehouse club’s co-founder and chairman, Jeff Brotman, said in the report.
