WASHINGTON — The U.S. Circuit Court here has rejected a request by Whole Foods Market to have the Federal Trade Commission’s antitrust case heard by the full Court of Appeals. A three-judge panel of the Appeals Court in July ruled that a judge in the U.S. District Court erred in not issuing a preliminary injunction against Whole Foods’ 2007 acquisition of Wild Oats Markets.
