TAMPA, Fla. — A federal appeals court has returned a portion of a class-action suit related to a credit-card data breach against Delhaize Group’s Sweetbay chair to a court here, reports said. The case against Sweetbay had been among 24 cases bundled into a class-action suit in Maine, where the Delhaize-owned Hannaford Bros. chain was also affected by the data breach, which occurred in 2007 and early 2008.
