MINNEAPOLIS — General Mills is further reducing the amount of sugar in cereals it advertises to children to single-digit grams per serving, it announced here yesterday. The new goal sets stricter limits than General Mills' previous pledge, requiring that these cereals contain 12 grams of sugar per serving or less.
