MONTVALE, N.J. — Hans Heer, the European merchant who developed the high-end gourmet concept at A&P’s Food Emporium stores, has left the company, A&P said Friday. Heer joined A&P in 2006 as general manager of Food Emporium, which operates stores in Manhattan.
