CINCINNATI — The Kroger Co. launched a plastic bag recycling program and an online “Design Kroger’s Next Reusable Bag” contest here yesterday. Plastic bags, dry-cleaning bags and other plastic shrink wrap can now be recycled in all Kroger locations.
