TORONTO — Loblaw Cos. here is testing a line of private brands at its No Frills discount stores at price points between its entry level No Name and national brand products, local reports said. The new brands — including names like Bijou, Terra, Cercle, and Du Matin are a “trial,” according to a Loblaw spokeswoman quoted in a Globe and Mail report.
