CHICAGO — Moo & Oink, the four-store chain here, has been placed in Chapter 7 bankruptcy for liquidation, according to reports. First Midwest Bank, the chain's biggest creditor, said it planned to ask the court for permission to take over the Moo & Oink stores in order to sell them, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.
