HARRISBURG, Pa. — Pennsylvania plans to test the addition of hard liquor to some of the wine-vending kiosks that were installed in supermarkets in the state last year, according to reports. Among current wine-kiosk locations are a Giant of Carlisle store in Susquehanna Township and a Wegmans in Mechanicsburg.
