SCHENECTADY, N.Y. — Price Chopper Supermarkets here expanded its Fuel AdvantEdge program into southern Vermont and New Hampshire yesterday in partnership with 13 local Sunoco stations that discount gasoline as a reward for grocery store purchases, the company said.
