SCHENECTADY, N.Y. — Price Chopper Supermarkets and the Pepsi Refresh Project will award community residents $30,000 to improve their neighborhoods. The contest, which launched Aug. 26 and runs through Sept. 28, lets people submit ideas for improving their neighborhood. It’s part of Pepsi’s national “Do Good” campaign.
