WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Raley's Supemarkets here is offering buyouts to 100 of its store-level personnel, a chain spokeswoman told SN yesterday. The offer will be available to 3,000 of the chain's 15,000 union and non-union store clerks, though only the first 100 applicants will be accepted, Nicole Townsend said.
