LOS ANGELES — Ralphs Grocery Co., a division of Kroger Co. based here, has partnered with The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health and the L.A. Care Health Plan to help consumers quit smoking by distributing free nicotine patches and gum in California. The effort at 47 Ralphs’ pharmacies began on Monday, June 15th.
