LANDOVER, Md. — Members of United Food & Commercial Workers Local 400 working at Shoppers Food & Pharmacy ratified a new, two-year collective bargaining agreement, the union said Thursday. The deal is comparable to the contract recently ratified by Giant and Safeway workers, Local 400 said.
