CLEVELAND — About 200 Aldi store managers have joined a class-action suit against against the retailer alleging that they were denied overtime pay despite having performed the duties of hourly employees, in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act. The initial suit was filed in August by Howard McNelley, a former Aldi store manager in Brooklyn, Ohio. McNelley was a 9-year employee of Aldi who was terminated last June.
