CINCINNATI — Six in 10 dog owners would consider purchasing pet insurance if it cost less than $20 a month, according to an online survey conducted by the Kroger Co. The survey found that a very small percentage — 4% of dog owners and 2% of cat owners —currently have coverage for their pet. Still, many worry about the cost of medical care.
