ROSEVILLE, Calif. — The United Food and Commercial Workers Union said it has begun informational picketing at a non-union Foods Co store in Fresno, Calif. According to UFCW Local 8, Golden State, based here, union volunteers began picketing the location of the Kroger-operated discounter Wednesday.
