SUNBURY, Pa. — Weis Markets here on Thursday said net income in the fiscal fourth quarter ended Dec. 25 declined 9.3% to $14.1 million on a 1.3% sales decline, to $662.5 million. Net income for the fiscal year of $68.3 million was up 8.7%, as sales increased 4.1% to $2.6 billion. Comparable-store sales increased by 1% for the year. Weis operates 164 stores in Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland and West Virginia.
