JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Shareholders of Winn-Dixie Stores are scheduled to vote Friday on whether the company should be acquired by Bi-Lo Holdings. The merger of the two retailers is expected to close shortly after an affirmative vote from a majority of the shareholders.
