PHOENIX — Sunflower Farmers Market held a “Backyard BBQ” at its North Phoenix location on April 30. The event gave customers an opportunity to try a healthy grilled lunch. The grilled chicken sandwich cost $1, or $2 with gluten-free chips and a drink. The event proceeds benefited the Boys & Girls Club of Phoenix.
