WASHINGTON — Counterfeit Colgate toothpaste sold in some Northeastern dollar stores has been recalled, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration reported yesterday. MS USA Trading, North Bergen, N.J., an importer, has said the products may contain a poisonous chemical found in antifreeze, according to press reports.
